Kim has a strong background in customer service having spent many years in the Travel and Tourism industry. She has a Diploma and has worked in the aviation industry for 17 years, filling various roles from Counter Agent and Travel Agency Helpdesk to Customer Service Agent, Marketing Assistant and On the job trainer.

She currently supports Interior Designers with day to day administrative and OBM tasks including handling invoicing, finances, contracts, CRM management, ordering and logistics of materials and client onboarding.
