At MC Virtual Assistants, we work solely with interior designers in supporting them with their day to day needs. We provide them with highly-skilled, experienced VA's to integrate with their business so they can confidently hand off tasks and get back to designing, growing their business or even taking an often long-overdue vacation.

 

All of our team members at MC Virtual Assistants work as sub-contractors. Whatever your availability, we work with you to ensure that you have the workload and tasks that are best suited to your skills and experience.

 

To be a member of the MCVA team, you will be:

• Super organized! You may be managing up to 4 clients at any one time so the ability to streamline, organize and keep on top of tasks is essential.

• A Multi-tasker. One minute you may be ordering some furniture then the next sending an invoice or taking a new inquiry call. The ability to manage a mix of tasks within a variety of different software programs is key.

• A great communicator. It can be hard working virtually so the need to be a clear, respectful and efficient communicator with clients is a must.

• Flexible. Whilst you will have an allocated number of hours a month, you will need to have general availability during working hours to be on hand to support our clients.
